Rooted in Earth
Reaching for Mystery

Once upon a long
time ago…

Jana met yoga.
Yoga said to Jana:

Come. Walk with me.
I’ll reveal all my secrets—
secrets of the body,
secrets of the soul,
secrets of the cosmos.

And so Jana walked and yoga talked. Sometimes she limps, sometimes she skips. Sometimes she falls and sometimes she flows. It’s said she’ll be doing so— devotedly— forever ever after.

Hi, I’m Jana.

Czech-born. Mystery-fed.
Bread-baking. Soul-reflecting. Root-touching.

♡A lifelong student of yoga, an intuitive guide,
and a weaver of the seen and unseen.
♡A teacher of embodiment—one who carries the etheric into the everyday. Into bread and bodies. Breath and belly.
♡A lover of sourdough, sky-watching, sisterhood, and sacred silence.

I’ll laugh with you. Get weird with you. All while questioning the illusion of false realities—calling you gently, but firmly back to your own knowing.

Together we’ll make medicine out of moments and stir mystery into the mundane.

We’ll draw from the marrow.
From lived wisdom. From everyday magic.

Why I offer this work…

I take pleasure in confronting life’s secrets and creating romance out of everyday moments. I live in the beginning of learning—
where the heart and mind stay open.

Because truth lives in the body. Because life is sacred and weird and worth laughing about. Because bread rises best when left to rest.
Because awakening happens through awe, not analysis. Because your mind may inquire, but your heart already knows.

And because... if you’re here, something in you already remembers.

A person holding an empty bird's nest with no eggs, against a green leafy background.

And now...just us.

If something in you softened as you read,
if something stirred, if something smiled—
then maybe this is the part of the path we walk together.

You don’t have to be ready.
You don’t have to know.

I’ll bring the breath. And you, just come!
Let’s see what wants to rise.
